I had a reunion in UB with survivors from South Sudan!
It's almost miracle to have someone in newly moved town who shared experience in the same country, which is such far!

A few weeks ago, I met them on the street on my way to Terelj, where we can find very beautiful grass field and river in summer (means frozen river and dried-up field now!).

Japanese restaurant at Central

Central building is a luxurious building in UB hosting very high end brands like Louis Vuitton!
I tried Japanese teppanyaki restaurant in this building for lunch. The taste was ok and meat was fine...  
Next time, I'd like to try Okonomiyaki!

Aida

Last night, I enjoyed opera "AIDA" at opera house! I think this was almost first opera in my life and I felt in love with it!
Music was great and powerful, voices were, of course, beautiful! And stage setting was lovely!
I'd love to go back to opera house every weekend! ;-)
Good thing is the price of the ticket is very reasonable compared to Japan!

Today, I was at outskirt of UB waiting for a big man!

Yes, UB city mayor paid a visit to my project site with media crew!
Hoping a great success for the project and immediate benefits to citizen who are surviving with limited access to basic services ;-)

Korean something...

Mongolia is first country for me to find more Korean stuff than Chinese stuff. Of course, we find many Chinese stuff as well, but I find many Korean foods and goods at super markets and markets.
This is Ampan - shiro an (bread with sweet white bean paste) found at Korean bakery. It was quite yummy!
